Easy switch, good signal
Switched to the Unlimited Priority Plan. Bought a SIM Kit and activated it online. Took 5 days to reach Denver. Signal's been strong. Happy with it.
Good plan, slow support
I bought an Apple iPhone 15 and signed up for the Unlimited 5G Plan. The phone got here in about a week, which was okay, and the service has been pretty solid for 5G coverage. I tried using the BYOP credit for my old phone, but had to call customer service because the website was confusing. It took a while to get someone on the line, probably like 20 minutes on hold. They did help me eventually though. So, good value overall, but they could really speed up the customer service wait times.
